Systemic approach to managing Change

Nowadays the rhythm at which a company, a team or a manager has to adapt to change can be even frenetic. To avoid demotivation it is utterly important to consider the ‘soft’ factors:

  • How can we give recognition to the seniority of persons and facts at the same time that hierarchy changes take place?

  • How can we foster acceptance between new and old collaborators so that they to work together for the benefit of a project or the company?

  • How can you transform the company culture?

  • How can you say good-bye to the ‘old’ without giving the ‘new’ a place that is not free of heritage?

  • How can we support collaborators that might lose their place so that they can gain a new focus?

With the systemic principles it is much easier to manage change.
